- How do you differ from other product research tools?
- MarktMentor offers the ability to do product research on a larger scale and in more depth than other platforms. First of all, you no longer need to track products, we do this for you. This means you get access to all products tracked by MarktMentor from day one. MarktMentor also distinguishes between the Dutch and Belgian market, allowing you to determine which country has more opportunities. With the Product Overview, MarktMentor gives you the unique ability to view buy box information from other bol.com sellers.
- What is the cancellation period
- At MarktMentor you pay for each month in advance. This means that when you pay, you can use MarktMentor for one month. If you want to cancel your subscription after you have paid, you can use MarktMentor's services for the remaining part of the month. The same applies to annual payments. For more information, please refer to the terms and conditions.
- Do you provide services for other platforms?
- Currently, MarktMentor's software package is mainly focused on bol.com. However, this does not mean that the services we provide are not applicable for purposes other than selling on bol.com. Given the scale of bol.com and the fact that we systematically track relevant products in both the Netherlands and Belgium, MarktMentor's data is, for example, generalizable to the Dutch and Belgian consumer market as a whole.
- Do you offer services other than product research?
- In the short term, we mainly focus on product research. In the medium-long term, we plan to offer more than just product research tools. For an overview of these services, please refer to the Roadmap. This can be found via the 'Product' tab at the top.
